Ibis Styles Birmingham Centre Hotel, Birmingham

The hotel was in a convenient location in Birmingham, close to the central attractions and with good parking facilities. The rooms were quiet, well-appointed, and particularly comfortable for an overnight stay. However, the service had some hiccups with unanswered calls and room allocation issues. The dining experience, although diverse, fell short in some hot food choices. Overall, a decent stay with a couple of drawbacks.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, despite the unusual circumstances, offering a big thanks especially for their help with New Street Station and Symphony Hall. The location is close enough to the city center to be convenient but far enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. While the dining options had some limitations, the hotel provides decent breakfast choices given its budget-friendly nature.
